Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Football predictions and betting-related tips are, by their nature, associated with sports betting, which is age-restricted in every jurisdiction we're aware of. If you are under 18, or under the legal age of majority or the legal gambling age where you live, you may not use Top Football App, and you may not share access to it with anyone who does not meet these requirements.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to stop using the Service and seek support from a qualified professional or a gambling-support organization in your country.

2. What This Service Is — and Isn't

Top Football App publishes football statistics, fixtures, results, and prediction content generated using statistical models and editorial analysis. This content is informational and entertainment-oriented.

Top Football App is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not process wagers, and does not hold or handle funds related to gambling of any kind. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker or betting operator unless explicitly stated. Any decision you make to place a bet with a third-party operator is entirely your own, made at your own discretion and risk.

Predictions, percentages, and statistics on the Service reflect our own models and/or third-party data sources and are provided "as is." Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no prediction, however confident, guarantees any result. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statistic, score, or prediction, and we recommend cross-checking important information against official sources.

3. Your Account

Some features may require you to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, or that pose a risk to other users or to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content at scale without written permission
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling activity in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited
• Upload personal data or images of another individual without their consent

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Top Football App offers optional paid subscription tiers that unlock additional statistics, predictions, or features on top of the free version of the Service. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and included features are shown at the point of purchase and may change over time; if we make a material change to a plan you're already on, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via a third-party payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled. Where purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled through that store's own systems and subject to its policies rather than ours.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings, or through the app store you subscribed via. Cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction. If you're located somewhere with a statutory right to a cooling-off period or refund (for example, EU/UK consumer protection rules), that right applies in addition to anything stated here — nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that can't be waived.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all text, design, graphics, logos, and software on the Service belong to Top Football App or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Team names, league names, and club badges referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Their use does not imply any sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by those organizations.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, including bookmakers, betting operators, or other sports platforms. We don't control these sites, and including a link isn't an endorsement of their content, terms, or practices. Any dealings you have with a third party — including any account you open, bet you place, or payment you make — are strictly between you and that third party. We're not responsible for losses, disputes, or issues arising from your use of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any prediction or statistic will be accurate.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice, and nothing should be read as encouragement to gamble.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Football App and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost winnings, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and we may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law
